By the month of August, the start of the basketball season is just around the corner. Only a few short months to prepare. It’s time to get serious. It’s time to pull out all the stops. It’s time to unleash SAQ Attack!
This program is designed to enhance every aspect of movement needed by a basketball player. It is highly intense, and utilizes our most important pieces of training equipment and drills. Each of the six weeks of training is broken into three distinct workouts. On Mondays you will focus on Linear Speed. Wednesdays contain all the Jumping exercises. Fridays are reserved for Lateral Speed and Change of Direction. And each day receives a sprinkling of Core Strength work.
