Now there is only one thing left to do…complete the Game Speed Training program.
Game Speed takes all the raw speed you developed during the first six months of the year and polishes it to the specific needs of your position. Each Game Speed DVD applies unique speed development techniques to the exact movements commonly utilized by the particular position. The routine is built on a 3-day-a-week, 4-week training platform, and utilizes the Viper, Buckshot Belt, and Hand Weight products.

Game Speed is designed to be used in the final four weeks leading up to two-a-days (typically the entire month of July). For best results, it should be used immediately after completing the SAQ Attack! Football training program.
